We still have some Early Bird Prizes up for grabs from our Ensemble Holiday Sales Challenge*. If you made an eligible new Norwegian Cruise Line booking on select sailings between December 10 – 31, 2024 but did not log your booking using this form, we will be accepting form submissions until 11:59pm EST on January 31, 2025.

2025 Wave Season Campaign


On January 8, 2025, Partners First will launch the introduction of our 2025 wave campaign, The Wavelength. This campaign will run from January 8, 2025, through February 13, 2025. Every Friday, a question will be posted on the Partners First Facebook page, prompting travel partners to comment their answers on the post. The answer will be featured in the following Sunday evening via the Weekly Wave newsletter. Travel partners must be following the Facebook page to be eligible to win a prize. Each week, the winners of a John Chernesky bobblehead will be drawn from those travel partners who answered the question correctly on social before the answer was featured in the Weekly Wave. The Grand Prize, a 30-minute 1on1 meeting with John, will be selected from those that engaged via social and email throughout the duration of the campaign. Stay tuned for the official launch email, which will detail the steps for travel partners to participate and be eligible to win a prize.


NEW - ’Experience More’ press release

On January 2, 2025, NCL announced Eric Stonestreet as the company's new brand ambassador and star of its newest advertising campaign, "Experience More." The new campaign featured 30 and 15-second spots highlighting the company's recently unveiled 'Experience More' brand positioning by following Eric Stonestreet aboard one of NCL's world-class vessels, as he immerses himself in a variety of incredible experiences. NEW - Direct Groups expanded hours

NCL is excited to announce that beginning in 2025, Direct Groups is expanding their hours of operation and will now be staffed Saturday and Sunday from 9am - 6pm ET. NCL Help's "Booking Groups for Direct Guests" article has been updated to reflect the new hours listed below.

·        Monday - Thursday: 10am - 7pm ET

·        Friday - Sunday: 9am - 6pm ET

 

NEW – Late Checkout Service

NCL is excited to announce that Late Checkout (LCO) Service will officially launch in 2025. Available on select ships and European sailings only, LCO Service allows guests to enjoy the ship and all its amenities on debarkation day, until their airport transfer departure time. NEW – Bahamas shore Excursion VAT Tax Update

Effective January 1, 2025, any guest who purchases a shore excursion taking place in the Bahamas, will be charged a Bahamas VAT (value-added tax) Tax of 10%, which will be calculated automatically in the price when booked. NCL Help's "Tax Information per State Country" article.


REMINDER – NCL announces all-new and expanded experiences

On December 18, 2024, NCL announced that Norwegian Bliss and Norwegian Breakaway will each undergo significant updates to offer more onboard guest experiences, including a brand-new cinema and dining experience, Silver Screen Bistro; a new outdoor recreational concept, Horizon Park; as well as the extension of popular dining venues like Cagney's Steakhouse and Teppanyaki; and expanded accommodations including the Haven by Norwegian®.
