Free hotel stay in Dubai this February and March

This season, customers flying to or through Dubai can enjoy a free night's stay in the city on us. And with perfect sunny weather and all the offers and discounts to enjoy with My Emirates Pass on top, it's a great time to be in Dubai.

Free hotel stay

First and Business Class customers enjoy one complimentary night's stay at the JW Marriot Marquis. Premium Economy and Economy class customers enjoy a complimentary night at the Holiday Inn Festival City.

Benefits include 24-hour check-in and check-out and the chance to extend their stay at special rates. The free night's stay also applies to stopovers above 24 hours. So customers can make the most of their trip and explore Dubai on their way through.

How to claim the free hotel stay

Book the flights within the sales period and email EmiratesOffer@emirates.com with the ticketed PNR reference, passenger names (only passengers in the mentioned PNR will be booked), contact phone number and contact email address to receive the hotel confirmation. By sending the email, you agree for Emirates to share the necessary personal details with the hotel partner, solely for the purpose of making the hotel reservation.

Once the booking is verified as eligible, a hotel booking confirmation will be sent to you to share with the passengers. Please read the terms and conditions here.
