Don’t Lose Your Preferred Travel Agency Status!

As a reminder, Marriott’s Preferred Travel Agency (PTA) program requires agency owners or managers to complete annual steps to maintain preferred status. Agencies that do not take action by March 31, 2025, will revert to the standard 8% commission rate starting April 1, 2025, until all requirements are met.

To stay enrolled, log in to  Hotel Excellence! and:

-         Ensure your IATA/IATAN VER or CLIA EMBARC ID is correctly entered.

-         Electronically agree to the PTA commitment terms.

-         Maintain at least one qualified graduate at your agency.
